The Story
My love for design began long before I ever stepped into the world of events. It started in childhood, when my favorite toys weren’t dolls or games, but pens, markers, glue sticks, and endless stacks of paper. I spent hours creating, organizing, and dreaming up beautiful things from scratch. That early spark of creativity grew into a lifelong passion for crafting experiences that leave lasting impressions.
Today, as a seasoned event planner with over 20 years of experience, that same sense of wonder fuels everything I do. Whether I'm designing a breathtaking wedding on the Outer Banks or orchestrating a high-level corporate event in California, I thrive on the blend of creativity and precision that each celebration demands. From initial inspiration to the final toast, I approach every event with thoughtful intention and a deep respect for the process.
My role is more than just coordinating timelines and layouts, it's about understanding your story, interpreting your vision, and translating that into an unforgettable experience. I believe the planning journey should feel just as exciting and joyful as the event itself. Spread Joy, Everyday
I was born and raised in Southern California, but in the last 10 years I have lived in four different states. With the most recent move to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Moving has allowed me to become incredibly flexible in life and opened my eyes to finding joy in new experiences.
When I am not planning or designing events, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. Often, we can be found at the beach, hiking, or exploring the city where we live.
Sunflower Smiles
The sunflower meaning varies based on cultural and religious roots, but what I have taken away from all the various meaning is to follow the sun, find joy and be faithful. Sunflowers have the ability to extend beyond their original place they are planted, and the seeds can be reused over and over again extending their longevity for years to come. They are also a sign of good fortune, and happiness.
Since I was a little girl, sunflowers have always been my favorite flower. Every time I see them, they fill my heart with the biggest smile. I feel like there’s a sunflower in me, motivating me to continue to push myself and grow like a sunflower, and bringing joy to the people that touch my life. When a sunflower perishes and all that’s left are the seeds; I harvest those seeds and plant them again to repeat the cycle all over again. That is truly my mission. I hope that through my events, and the relationships I build I leave a little ‘sunflower smile’ wherever I go.

Coastal Grit Houston 🤍
I had the honor of planning, designing, and coordinating this incredible event alongside an even more incredible community. We welcomed over 300 attendees from multiple Coast Guard units, all coming together for something bigger than just a gathering.
On day 44 of the government shutdown, it was a powerful reminder that these men and women continue to show up, serve, and sacrifice—no matter the circumstances.
This day wasn’t just about an event.
It was about grit.
It was about community.
It was about honoring those who give so much, often without recognition.
So grateful to play a small part in creating a space where they could be celebrated, supported, and simply enjoy the day.
